I had a forklift picked up in Norco. I was there at the pickup location and followed the driver to the drop off location. Everything was fine I paid the tow. When I call them back a week later to do the same thing I tell them to call me before they leave. They DONT call me so the driver waits around for 30 Mins. Which they charge me $105 per hour. Now I drive from corona to the drivers location then back to the drop off which takes me 1 1/2 hours round trip. For some reason it takes the driver almost 3 hours roundtrip. So they end up charging me extra because their dispatch forgot to call me to let me know the driver was on the way. I called them and they said they can't do anything about it. MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW OR RIDE WITH THE DRIVER TO KEEP THEM HONEST. DON'T EXPECT DISPATCH TO CALL YOU.

In an age when service, safety, confidence and getting the job done efficiently and quickly are often qualities of the past, then you haven't experienced HAMNER Towing. It is the business to call if you need automobile support. I do however, wish there were more satellite offices throughout CA because they would control the market. Particularly of special acknowledgement is my towing technician Mr. RayJ. He is "hands down" the ultimate "standout" professional and reason I'm taking the time to write this review. He exemplifies professionalism, genuine kindness and courtesy. He effortlessly turned the proverbial "bad day" into a stress free experience. Perhaps, that may seem unbelievable to anyone who might think a tow makes a difference. But I will put any other tow business or for that matter technician up against Mr. RayJ. He will be the head and shoulders above all. Promote him early, or give him more responsibility! More specifically, Mr. RayJ insured my safety alongside a very busy and dangerous freeway. He offered me multiple bottles of water and his truck was unquestionably immaculate. I watched as he managed my BMW onto the flatbed. I could tell he was conscientious to ensure no additional damage to my automobile. I have to concede, I was shocked at this level of care. Frankly, I thought he was the owner because of the high-touch level of customer service and attention to detail, he provided. He even took the time to ensure that the BMW dealership had taken care of my immediate needs after the car was released to the dealer. If he ever needs a new career, he's got one in any business I own. REALLY? Seriously...

Just has Gerry help me out with a dead battery. Great guy & very knowledgable. He did a complete system check and confirmed it was just a dead cell in the battery, nice peace of mind knowing everything else is working properly. If your stuck on the side of the road, Gerry is the guy you want showing up to help you out .

I received roadside service and discovered the next day the door they unlocked for me was broken somehow. Called Hamner's and Steve said come in and we'll fix it for you. So, I did. Steve was out on a call and Paul was his goodwill ambassador and made sure my door was fixed and I left happy. Check, check and check. Vic was the tech and explained what had happened to cause the problem and they promptly fixed it, no charge and apologized about the situation and we both agreed, chit happens sometimes and it's best just to roll with it. Paul even gave me his Starbucks frappuccino from his lunch, so nice. They are AA A approved for a reason. Great people and good service. Thanks guys!!!

I woke up with a flat (as a pancake tire) and no spare on my SUV. Ryan came out and discovered it was from a valve stem leak - patched me up on the spot - and I was able to get to my fave tire shop for the final repair. He was very personable and turned my day around. Thank You!

Our driver was luis jr! He was very professional. We had a fun ride all filled with laughs. We needed a good laugh after our car problems. He was very helpful and on time. We appreciate the service that was provided. Thank you!

My motorhome broke down as I was traveling to San Diego and Hamner Towing came out, towed it into their shop and they fixed the leaking transmission line and cleaned it up. I was able to continue my trip later that Friday. I was very happy about the service and their committment to getting it fixed that afternoon. Mike Reaume
