They return phone calls, give honest advice when quoting prices and show up on time. The technician that came out was courteous, respectful, friendly and explained what he did and other things I should address soon. I've been using Rubber on Wheels since 2007 for all of my family's cars. The idea of this service is genius. They come to your house or office at your convenience, so you don't need to ask your spouse or friends to give you a ride to the tire shop. You can watch TV at home while they change your tires. In addition, you save big chunk of money as they have lower prices then the "brick and mortar" tire shops...I guess it's because they have a lower overhead. I'm happy to recommend these guys to anyone whether it's for a passenger car or commercial vehicle.
