I was highly referred to this place when I was buying my car at carmax about 11 months ago. Of course you never know how a company really is until after you buy in and try out their service. Well I was pleasantly surprised to see how helpful they were. I was going through some major life changes and never had to manage my own insurance. As you can imagine, I had numerous questions and they actually took the time to educate me on all my questions. As a newly single mother it was a breath of fresh air to have worked with Veronica in the customer service department. It was nice to feel like I was their only customer!

Just got my trucking insurance through these guys and I have to say they exceeded all my expectations. Everyone there is super helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Charles my agent was so honest that he even told me to stay with my current insurance company since switching wouldn't be that much of a savings, so I listened to his honesty and waited for my renewal notice. Well when I got that renewal notice I was blown away how much it went up and my current agent of 6 years did even take the time to shop that rate and was very rude when I started questioning my coverage. Come to find out that not only was the renewal notice more costly than TARGET UP INSURANCE but they were giving me less coverage WITH an attitude. I made the obvious choice and switched to TARGET UP INSURANCE and never regretted the experience. I just found out today when I was adding an additional insured they never charged me to make that change, actually Sara the nice lady there told me they DO NOT CHARGE to make any changes to any policy you have with them and THEY DO NOT CHARGE to make a payment. All I can say is WOW, my other agent charged me to change my mailing address plus charged me $5 dollars to make a payment. OUTRAGEOUS! I never do online reviews but when I learned all this today plus the wonderful experience I had with TARGET UP, I had to write this review. Go check them out and experience the excellence first hand...you won't be disappointed, trust me!
