Launched January 1, 2015, the Riverside County Solar Program has been developed to help the region meet its renewable energy goals. Participants are able to go solar for $0 upfront with a monthly payment equal to or less than current electric bill rates. In order to encourage residential property owners to go solar, substantial cash-back incentives will be paid to participants.
There are three incentive milestones, and those who sign up first will receive the largest incentives. Homeowners in Riverside County can receive cash-back incentives up to $2,000.
Phase 1: $2,000 Cash-Back incentive
Phase 2: $1,500 Cash-Back incentive
Phase 3: $1,000 Cash-Back incentive

The Riverside County Solar Program is available to homeowners residing in Riverside County and is limited to 500 participants. You must have a signed contract with Spectrum Power by 5:00 p.m. PST on December 31, 2015.
