After struggling with a leaky toilet, I gave up and called Ram Plumbing for help. Again they came on time at the day and time we arranged on the phone. Lucky was not only friendly and careful, but he went to great lengths to explain to me what he suspected was the problem . Lucky had the parts with him and was able to adjust the existing parts to do a better job. These guys are very honest and diligent.

I had a major backup of my whole house on a Friday afternoon. Being new to the area, I didn't know any plumbers. I called RAM Plumbing Heating & Air based on their Yelp reviews. I'm sure glad I did. After quoting a price to clean out the main lines over the phone, John and another gentlemen were at my house within a couple of hours. Our house has two main lines, and they augered them both. They pulled a large clump of roots out of the lines, cleaned up, and I was back in business. They even emailed me a receipt that I can easily forward to my landlord. They were very professional, and didn't even mind that my grandfather was chatting with them while they worked. The next time I need a plumber, these guys will be the only one I call.

I called RAM Plumbing after I was told I had a leak. I chose them because their quote was competitive and courteous manner over the phone while talking with them. The master bath in my condo was leaking on the unit below. Richard came out, took a look up in the hole my downstairs neighbors had cut in their bathroom ceiling drywall to see what the problem was, and confirmed it was probably a bad toilet seal, and then replaced it. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He educated me throughout the process, and gave me his opinion on some questions I had about the plumbing in my kitchen. It has been almost 2 months since he did the work and I haven't heard my neighbors complain, so I assume the new seal is leak free. I'll call RAM Plumbing Heating & Air again if I have plumbing or air conditioning needs.

RAM Technicians are fantastic plumbers. Being a first time home owner, it's tough to find home professionals that you love. We initially needed help during a kitchen remodel. The guys working on the cabinets discovered two things they couldn't handle - some leaky shut-off valves under the kitchen sink and a gas line mounted to the bottom of a cabinet that they couldn't disconnect. If we couldn't get these things handled right away, our whole kitchen remodel would be on hold. I called RAM Plumbing Heating and Air which I was referred to by a neighbor. I called RAM Plumbing Heating & Air and made an appointment with the girls in the office. Within two hours, RAM was at the door. In no time he replaced the shut-offs and capped and disconnected the gas to the stove. No emergency visit fee or anything - just an hour of work and a few parts. When we later discovered that we needed help hooking up our new kitchen sink drain, RAM was able to come out the next day. And when it turned out that there were some leaks in the drain that were really due to some iffy work on our part, they still came out twice more to fix them at no charge because, as they said, they should have found those problems in the first place. These guys know what they're doing, they treat their customers right, and they're great to talk to. If you need a plumber, call this family business.
