Wonderful Place For Daycare, Boarding and Washes: We dropped our 2 pugs off for the weekend, with no remorse and rave reviews. Not only is this facility a tremendous value for the price, but the service is quality and the staff is very professional. At the same time, they are personable and actually cared more about my babies(pugs) happiness and safety than collecting up front for the boarding bill, which was very affordable. I also highly recomend their wash. All in all the facility is very clean and spacious for one of its kind. I was impressed enough to become a regular and enroll the puppies in daily doggie daycare here. If you try this place, rest assured that your doggie will be in great hands

The best way to tell if doggie day-care or boarding is doing its job right is your dog's reaction to coming and going from the place. Without a doubt this place ROCKS because my dogs Rex and Dixy lose their bleepin' minds when we tell them they are going to see their "friends" at Pet Chalet. The attendants there are loving, courteous, know our dogs by name and remember pretty much any special needs they have... and when it's time to come home, our two "kids" are worn out and sleep for 2 days straight from all the fun they've had. I can't recommend this place highly enough, but this is my best shot. For the price -- and peace of mind that your dogs are being looked after and loved in a clean, fun, and safe environment --Pet Chalet, Corona can't be beat!

I am a happy customer with Pet Chalet for over 2 years. My name is Anthony and dog's name Sam. I normaly do not like to leave reviews. However Pet Chalet is a great place to leave your pet. I love Ryan who works there always take care my Sam. Everyone works there is helpful and knowledgeble. Sometimes I got there late to pick up my baby and they will help. But most important Sam's loves it in Pet Chalet.

Believe the bad reviews, folks. Pet Chalet is terrible. Cats ARE ignored upstairs all day, dogs ARE ignored in the play areas, and the company's primary concern is money, not the animals.
