I took my 7 yr old daughter to Dr. Bell for an eye exam. The appointment was smooth, and I felt that the Doctor cared about spending enough time to make sure that my daughter gets the right prescription, which was my biggest concern. The office staff was very pleasant. Bought two pairs of glasses for my daughter - one for school and one for home.
