Ken Calvert Real Properties, Inc., was founded in a small office on West Sixth Street in Corona in 1979 with the goal to be the most respected and successful commercial/industrial real estate firm in the market that we serve.  In 1991, we moved to our present location at 63 West Grand Boulevard.  We were Ken Calvert Real Properties, Inc., until December of 1992 at which time the founder and owner, Ken Calvert, was elected to the United States House of Representatives. 

 

 

The firm has since changed its name to Calvert Real Properties, Inc. with Quint Calvert as President of the corporation.
