I will never go to this place again horrible service they didn't vacuum under the seats they didn't clean nothing on the dashboard all it looks like they was spray so it looks shiny I did not tip them their service is horrible and as far as their communication he couldn't understand me at least have some English in their vocabulary I will not recommend this place to anyone ever

100% Dissatisfied with the quality and communication between the service writer and the car wash personnel. Went over very specific needs and concerns with having my vehicle washed - even paid extra to have these very simple things done; only to watch it never happen. Wash crew didn't follow his directions, drying/final wipe down person never did the services I paid extra for, They re-washed my vehicle and it still didn't get done, and made it worse!! Then, to top it off, to be offered a "voucher" good for less than half the price I paid was a slap in the face. That's an hour and a half of my time I'll never get back. From now on I'll stick with the local mobile detailer.

I had my car washed twice at this car wash. Victor, who is the service manager, is very attentive to customers, which adds up to a positive overall experience. Good job quality!
